The successful integration of people with disabilities by means of a close cooperation with the specialist integration service
Finnentrop/Sauerland, 22. June 2009 - For many years Metten Fleischwaren has been successfully working together with the specialist integration service for the districts Olpe and Siegen-Wittgenstein, to place workers with disabilities in appropriate positions in the production. Examples are hearing-impaired people who are absolutely able to work under pressure physically and merely require support in communication as the case may be. Or also diabetics are completely suitable if provided with the appropriate position. For this and all other questions regarding the subject of work and disabilities, the meat product manufacturer from Sauerland gets advice from the specialist integration service.
