Asia soup

Ingredients (for 4 people)

500 g Metten chicken filet in aspic "ASIA"
1 ltr Chicken broth (juices or stock granules)
1 stick Leek
A 200 ml glass/tin or bottle each of:
    Bamboo shoots
    Soya seeds
    Mushrooms
    Asparagus tips
    Mango
    Pepper
    Chilli sauce
100 g Rice noodles
    Soy sauce
    Curry ketchup
    Soup/salad herbs

Preparation

Simmer the Metten chicken filet in aspic "ASIA", in 1 ltr chicken broth, until the aspic is dissolved. Cut the bamboo shoots, soya-seeds, mushrooms, asparagus, mango and pepper into bite-size strips or cubes and add them along with the juices from the cans or glasses to the chicken. Leave everything to simmer for a good hour at a max. 75° C and add soya sauce, curry ketchup, stock granules and soup/salad herbs to taste. To finish, soak the rice noodles for 5 minutes in hot water, cut to bite-size lengths and add to the soup.
According to taste a few drops of Tabasco, some Sambal-Olek on the tip of a knife, or a good glug of Sherry can also be added.
