
Ingredients (for 4 people)
| 300 | g | Metten Delikatess wet-cured ham |
| 500 | g | Cooked potatoes |
| 250 | g | Raclette cheese |
| 50 | g | Butter |
| 2 | Medium-sized onions | |
| 1 | Clove of garlic | |
| 2 | Bunches | Parsley |
| 125 | g | Sour cream |
| 2 | Tbsp | Crème fraîche |
| Salt, white pepper from the grinder | ||
| A pinch of nutmeg |
Preparation
Slice the cooked potatoes. Peel the onions and cut them into rings, chop up the clove of garlic as well as the parsley. Dice the ham or cut into fine strips. Grease a casserole dish or a deep baking tray with butter and spread the potatoes out evenly in it. Add the ham evenly in layers with the remaining slices of potato and onion rings as well as the chopped garlic clove. Mix the sour cream with creme fraiche and spread it over the casserole. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it and season with salt and pepper as well as a pinch of nutmeg. In conclusion, cover the au gratin potatoes with the cheese slices. Bake in the covered casserole dish at approx. 180°C for approx. 60 minutes.
