Roastbeef with Metten sauce

Ingredients (for 4 people)

400 g Metten Delikatess Roastbeef “classic” in thin slices
5 Tbsp Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Tsp Brandy
1 Tsp Lemon juice
200 g Sour cream
    Salt, pepper

Preparation

For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, brandy and lemon juice with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish tip: Arrange the roast beef on 4 plates, each with two half boiled egg halves and pour the sauce decoratively over the top.
To serve: fresh baguette or potatoes boiled in skins.
