
Ingredients (for 4 people)

| 250 | g | Metten high-class salami |
| ¾ | ltr | Meat stock |
| 250 | g | Sauerkraut |
| 250 | g | Potatoes |
| 100 | g | Sour cream |
| 2 | tsp | Paprika |
| 1 | Msp. | Ground caraway |
| Salt, pepper (roughly ground) |
Preparation
Peel and dice the onions and then fry them in a pot with clarified butter until golden. Roughly dice the salami, add to the onions and fry briefly. Pour in the bouillon and add the shredded Sauerkraut. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes and add them to the soup as well. Season with pepper, salt, paprika and ground caraway. Cover the pot and let the Sauerkraut soup simmer for approx. 30 minutes over medium heat until the potatoes are soft. When they are, stir the sour cream into the stew and serve.
