Boil the potatoes in their skins, put into cold water and peel, then leave to cool. In the meantime mix the mayonnaise, milk, cucumber water, mustard and chopped parsley and add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the potatoes and the shelled eggs into slices. Peel the onions and dice the pickled gherkins. Cut the Metten Delikatess Sausage into thin strips. Mix all the prepared ingredients with the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
